- Financial information: connected broker accounts, holdings and trade activity.
- Usage data: device, IP address, app interactions and crash logs.
- Communications: messages with advisors and support tickets.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to provide the Keastox service, verify identity, comply with SEBI and other regulations, prevent fraud, personalise your experience and improve our products.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: (a) advisors you choose to follow or subscribe to, (b) brokers you choose to connect, (c) regulators and law enforcement as required by law, and (d) processors who help us run the platform under strict contracts.
4. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Payments are PCI-DSS compliant. We support two-factor authentication on every account.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent or export your information any time from the app. Email privacy@keastox.com.
6. Retention
We retain regulatory data (KYC, trade records, audit logs) for the period mandated by SEBI and Indian law. Other data is deleted on account closure.
