These terms ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Keastox Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Keastox"). By using the Keastox website, mobile apps or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Keastox platform
Keastox is a technology platform that connects investors with independent SEBI-registered investment advisors, research analysts and portfolio managers. Keastox does not itself provide investment advice. All advisory relationships are between you and the advisor.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and resident in India to use Keastox. Advisors must hold a valid SEBI registration in good standing.
3. No investment advice from Keastox
Keastox is a marketplace and tooling provider. Investment decisions are your responsibility. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. All investments carry market risk.
4. Fees and subscriptions
Advisors set their own subscription fees. Keastox charges a platform fee disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Broker integrations
Where supported, you may link a broker account. Keastox never holds your funds. All trades are executed by you (or by you authorising mirror-trading) through your broker.
6. Acceptable use
No fraud, market manipulation, sharing of paid research outside the app, scraping or reverse engineering. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keastox is not liable for investment losses, broker downtime or advisor performance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
